I'm behind again, I've got 3 books to write about! This one was a nice short book, and it was really cute! As a result, this review will probably be fairly short as well!

So, "The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse". This was bought for me by my parents, it's not a novel by any stretch of the imagination, it's a gorgeous little illustrated book with some strong life lessons in it.
The Title is very self explanatory, it's about a boy, a mole, a fox and a horse. The book itself is about friendship, being kind and high self-esteem. There isn't a storyline per se. It's more a book of life lessons, of positivity. Every page is accompanied by beautiful drawings.
I found myself smiling throughout, and laughing to myself every time the Mole had something to say. The Mole may just be my favourite character ever, mainly for this quote below:

"If at first you don't succeed, have some cake"
Something I will live my life around from now on.
I would recommend this book to anyone who needs that shining light of positivity in their lives. Thanks mum and dad for getting it for me!
