In case you were wondering, I'm the one in Orange!

At the start of 2021, after a pretty horrendous 2020, I decided that I would go back to one of my oldest passions, reading.

​

Since I was little, reading has always been one of my favourite past times, so for 2021 I set myself a challenge. I want to read my height in books.

​

For those of you that know me, I'm not exactly what you'd call short. I'm 6'4, or 194cm. Quite a daunting prospect, but one which I hope will take me into new (and old) worlds.

​

I'm going to use this blog to take you on the journey with me, every book I read, I'll do a small review of, post a couple of pictures of the books, and hopefully invite discussion on it.

​

I won't just be posting about books and reading. I also love photography and I don't take photos enough, but I'll post some of my favourite photos up on here. I'm also setting up a second blog over on the 95th Rifles Website, which I run. I'll maybe do a proper about me post at some point.

Please enjoy the blog posts, if you have book recommendations please fire them my way. I'm doing this the old fashioned way, with physical books, rather than eBooks and Kindle versions. How else would I be able to measure my height!
